Got jailed on-foot and it's gonna be an odyseey to get back my ship.

I assumed that when you get jailed you'd be getting your ship transferred there.
Instead I'm now in this prison facility and my ship is not here.

The ship marker is still on alpha centaury (where I had the mission)
The marker shows to be on the planet but when zooming the ship marker disappear and it doesn't show in any of the landfall station.
I assume at this point that the ship was simply left there were i disembarked, but point is the mission failed and I can't remember the name of the landfall station.

Is this for real? I mean already the fact you need to go on foot with the buggy slow taxi to get back your ship is insane. But this is even more than insane. That's comepltely gamebreaking.

Is this why the devs called it Odyssey? Cause it takes ages to get back your ship everytime you fail a mission on foot?

Take a Taxi to the nearest station visit the Ship Vendor on the Concourse and have it sent to you. I has my “main” ship parked at the station I was at but I took a throwaway to the planet so until I figured out the vendor I had 2 I couldn’t get to

I was expecting to have that feature in the prison but apparently the want to force you to take the taxi

I totally didn't accidentally cause problems at a random outpost and get jailed, I took a shuttle back to the outpost but that was before I knew about the left control action wheel (Including calling your ship so maybe you can recall your ship using that action wheel)

so... AFK as a passenger in a ship to get to a station so you can get your ship delivered to you. Then AFK until it arrives I guess? Riveting.
