Got stuck on spinning ship screen

Last night I made a jump and got stuck in the hyperspace screen for 10min before I closed the game through task manager. When I opened the game again I got stuck on spinning ship screen . When I keep checking it's the same - can't progress any further. I submitted ticket but they haven't get back to me yet. Is there a fix for this and anybody know how fast those guys at Frontier are in checking the bug tickets?

There is nothing you can do unfortunately. They have to physically move your character to an un-bugged system. All you can do is ticket it and join the increasing number of player unable to play until FD are back off their holidays.

It was solved by me clearing my save after i was told i would get my 140 million back ;)
I wrote a a mail to support after three days of waiting for my ticket, got answered quite quickly although i used the wrong mailadress.

Tickets are for reporting bugs so they can be fixed.
In your case i would try mailing, since it's most likely an issue with your savegame.

so far 5 days and i recived strange reponse from support that this problem was sent to sales team and will be picked up once they get back to work on the 5th. makes me wonder how long it will take before they reach mine once go through that pile of bugs reported by other people. they launched the product, few days later they went for holidays leving this game with no support. disgusting
