Gpu under utilisation and frame drops when around s built with many parts.

I had no issue around this build before the update. I have attached a screen shot and you can see my overlay in the corner. Its only around the one building.
Cpu: I5 10600k
32gb ram
RTX3070

Update. There is no issue around this build while in first person camera.

Update. It looks like it only happens when my curser if actually over the build. If i move the curser to the side without moving the camera i get full gpu usage and 60 fps again.
