I know i'm not the only one who's wanting a Level Grade Crossing to be able to go across a level pathway for the connie express and have the guests Stop as the barriers come down and wait on the steam engine to pass along. This would be a great feature to add.

But +1, i really hope this will be added since it would be very "not nice" to always having to go underneath or over a pathway like in RCT3.

Agreed, ground level crossings for trains are needed.
There's a theme park in Missouri (Silver Dollar City) that does this. It's always really neat because you have a "prisoner" that'll close the gates on both sides while the steam train goes by (which, as far as PC goes, I know would be harder than just electronic gates). People on the train and on the path usually wave at each other too. See here. It'd be neat to have a little animation where you saw the guests waving at each other.

This would look great, though in the real world I avoid crossing them (irrational fear I guess?) but I would use it in my park.
