Graphic artifact while playing, anyone else?

Perhaps Nvidia driver just reads minus infinity as zero, since anything below zero would be silly. I call that a excellent catch.

I saw something similar yesterday, and I have an NVidia card (GTX780M). I shut the game down to see if restarting it would fix the issue and noticed that my NVidia control center was showing that a new driver was available. Once I updated the driver and started the game again, the issue went away.

Of course now I don't know whether updating the drivers fixed it, or if the driver update was a red herring and I just needed to restart the game :S

I've had the opposite problem - graphical corruption with the latest NVIDIA driver (337.88) and had to downgrade to the last release (335.23)

I have a Radeon HD XFX R7870 Core Edition and I get these artifacts too. I persume it has something to do with the FXAA but I could be wrong.

so, upgraded to latest CAT 14.20-140522a-172180E but still getting the glitch..

That is fixed in later Alpha releases.

Interesting, haven't encountered those in Alpha 1.1 on the R9 280X (which anyway is a glorified 7970 Gigahertz Edition) At work can't check catalyst but as a rule of thumb, I only upgrade Catalyst when things don't work :)

If you think it's FXAA, you could switch it off in-game, then download RadeonPRO: http://www.radeonpro.info/ And force AA through that instead. See if that helps. Also useful for other things you want to switch on and off if there's no setting for it in-game. And if you feel masochistic, you can try and apply SweetFX to E: D ;)

I'd rather not tamper with default hardware settings and let things like AA get resolved within the application. Got to toy with AA injectors already via Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition and DSfix, but as much as possible want to help out with Beta testing by making sure these bugs get squashed.
