Graphic issue in Lagrange Clouds

Edges are going crazy in some part of the image.I haven't notice this elsewhere in the galaxy... Any Idea what it could be?

I have Vsync unchecked in the game but ON in my Nvidia (1050 Ti). Tried to minimise volumetric thingy and some options but without success.

Any direction I should take or any advice is more than welcome? Thank you.

Thank you GlassDarkly... I didn't try Ultra ~ that sounded like a very counter intuitive move for me.
I'll try that tonight.
