Graphical glitches and bugs at Orerve

Ships are jerking around at Watson Station. sometimes just jerking back and forth and sometimes zig-zaging as they leave or approach.
Every time I approach there is this bug or problem.
Sometimes the jerking of a ship in the slot blocks the slot and sometimes the jerking back and forth causes collisions.
Also, many times when I have arrived at the station, I press J to stop at the station and the game can take from 5 to 20 seconds for the action to finalize.
These problems only affect the CG. They don't appear anywhere else.

Had that on Saturday, switched on the framerate display and saw it was dropping into the red and concluded that I had been dropped into a high traffic instance it happens a lot to me when there is a lot for my graphics card to deal with.
