Grass Texture on Steroids (Bug)

So, recently I got a crash report when I opened my PC. I thought it was probably something like the game registering it as crashed after getting forced to shutdown by the PC.
So I reopen my game, go to isla Pena andd we got this;I had to add link because I couldn't upload photo
Even though I restarted my game after this it still didn't work. So, pls help my indominus rex is on this island.
