Great new idea for the forums.

So had this great idea....

was just thinking, if all the people that prowl the forums, looking for something that enables them to spew their vicious negative bile everywhere, actually made a original post themselves, then spewed all that crap in there, then everyone else could once again just enjoy the forums and not have to deal with that kind of stuff.

They already do this. Usually by asking loaded questions that they know the answer's negative or they ask things that are so subjective in nature, there's no answer they can't dismiss out of hand and further their trolling from there.

I mean OP's such as:

Is this game worth anything yet?

Last I played they had added useless empty rocks to bounce about on in golf carts. Have they added anything meaningful since?

Is there anything I should care about or is it the same old inch deep mile wide crap?

It's been suggested before, give the people somewhere to moan about [whatever] and then the discussion sections could be used to ... you know ... discuss stuff.
The problems are 1. The mods workload, which is already full, would probably double or triple. 2. The "moaners" would post in the discussion forms anyway.

I have to say, at the moment, the forum is fairly quiet ... that may change some time around the middle of October ;)

I would welcome "issues" corner, but to be frank, people posting these issues "want to be heard", despite them beating regular dead horses, thus they would post on 'Dangerous' anyway. Just steer clear from them.
