This is very common knowledge. That is a system controlled by Li Yung Riu power. All systems he has give a 15% discount, is his powerplay bonus

Thanks for the tip! For future reference, any system controlled by Li Yong Rui will have a discount on ships AND outfitting. Absolutely purchase and outfit your ships there.

I thought you needed to be in their faction to get bonuses. Good to know [up]

btw, having made the upgrade to an FDL. The a.i. isn't so terrible anymore. Now they run from me! :cool:

Every power gives a certain bonus to all players then have some bonuses only the people pledged to them get
