Green Screen

Has anyone else come back from the galaxy or system map and found their cockpit an interesting shade of green for a few seconds?

I've seen this 2 or 3 times now - unfortunately no screenshots as by the time I've gotten off the HOTAS and found alt-prtsc it's disappeared.

I used to think it was a driver problem, but I'm not so sure now.

alt-prtsc now bound to a footpedal :)

Is this the green you are looking for?

Look familiar?

Probably the Thargoids...

For me I saw this a bit with 2.1 but that was resolved with a subsequent patch. None since, but it was frequent enough out in the black I have several examples of this. None since returning to the bubble.

Im on a Titan X, 4k@60fps if that means anything

I have seen that happen before and usually you can "reset" the graphics by going to the Universe map or System map, then when you return to your cockpit the graphics are usually back to normal. There was once exception to this when I got the main cockpit colors to reset but I still saw some continued graphics glitches that caused planetary rings to glow blue, you can see the interesting effect here:

After taking some interesting screenshots I eventually quit to the main menu and then re-entered the game which reset all the graphics to their correct settings. I'm not sure what the bug is but it isn't related to graphics drivers (I always use the latest NVIDIA drivers for my GPU and it has happened with different driver installations), I have Win 10 installed with DX12 so it's not an issue with not having your graphics or DX settings updated. It just seems to happen randomly with no clear steps to reproduce it.
