Horizons Green station progress bar

So, at some point the stations turn green which means they are very very friendly with you. And when you are approaching to station, it seems like it's being scanned. Even in the RES you can see the stones in the same way.

Is there a progress bar of this situtaion? I mean when will i see the station and res like that?

When in the station or star-ports:

Open right info panel and you will see your own rep with the local faction.

No bar; I believe, but you go from neutral up to Allied and down to hostile and wanted.

Well i'm already allied but i guess you need to be more than that. but i don't know when it's gonna happen or will it happen anytime soon.
