Well, listening for the scurrying of insects, he focuses on the ground.

Good Evening! And welcome to the Gray a fox Club! Thanks to @DarthQuell ’s passion that has spread to a lot of us, this is officially being made into a thread!

Discuss anything you want that has to do with our little gray buddies!

Would you love to see the Tanuki or Bat-eared or Gray Fox? I think I know the answer for alot of you
but I'll start:
Bat-eared Fox would add a canid to the more southern parts of Africa when we only have the Wild Dog in-game. Grey Fox is the most basal of canids. Tanuki is cool looking and could add to Japan. I'd like any of the three!

I would be soooo happy if any of these appeared in a pack but what packs would they be in?

Bat Eared Fox - tricky as we've already had an Africa pack and Grasslands. I think shrublands is too close to grasslands and won't be done. I think it's gorgeous but for these reasons is the least likely pick.

Gray Fox - Temperate pack

Tanuki - Japan pack (I'd love this), Temperate pack, Taiga pack

Bush dog - SA animal pack (much needed and likely to come but would there be room for it with all the monkeys that need to be represented?)

Safari (I could hear the "protests" already)

Yeah, at the end of the day I don't think my beloved is getting in the game... I may have to forever use a mod...

Yet, I STILL have a glimmer of hope!

I'm basically saying that you're more likely to get your favorite over my favorite, but I wouldn't mind a bit because I love seeing people get their favorite animals.

And everytime I see the happiness and excitement for those pics, I can't get mad, not even disappointed, because somebody out there is happy

I agree. That's why as much as I don't like, say, the Water Monitor I'm glad for each animal in-game at the end of the day. Because someone somewhere loves it.

I really would love to see these little fellas, and it's really unfortunate that they can't crack the top of my list for either African species or canids. I'd be ecstatic if we do somehow get them, though. I honestly prefer them to fennecs.
