...well for me at least they are.
Last night (and for the second time in a week) I was interdicted, rammed by a cheap throwaway ship (to get my shields to near zero) and then destroyed by a python & 2 anacondas who dropped in on their mates beacon. 2 anacondas + a python Vs. my by now crippled ship is neither a fair fight nor fun.
My status (in all systems) is clean and I was carrying no cargo. So what is the purpose off the assault, other than to grief and increase someone's bounty value (as party of the now common bounty farming exploit)?
Griefing, pure & simple. No other purpose. SO, next time, I will indeed combat log out of there, and if FD have a problem with that then they can take a hike I'm afraid because I agree with FD that unsporting behaviour should not get rewarded and this particular form of griefing for bounty increases to be collected by your mates is just not on.
