Ground CZ bugs worse after 14.02?

I just had two bugged on-foot CZ's in row - there's no progress bar, you can't see control points etc. - is this a stealth feature of 14.02?

EDIT That's three in a row - all mediums in BD-17 1955. Time to move on.

It's been a while that I personally haven't seen these specific (and infamous) bugs. But I would recommend that you record in videos when these issues trigger and post the clips here. It could help to convince more people about these problems...

No documentation here, but I had it (non-moving NPCs) happen in two separate high intensity ones last night, one right after the other. I gave up and got some sleep after that.

For me it was the case today that some of the npc are in the air today, and a bench was also floating. In an Station.
