Group Play in public release?

Hi all, I wondered if anyone knew what the status of Group Play is for the final release?

Is it anticipated to be included? Will it allow groups of friends to reliably co-habit the same instance? Will there be an always open comms link between Group members? and...

Will groups be allowed to enter Open Play?

...did I just ask that :)

Hmmm,.... dont know how to reply on this.

Seems like you r awaiting grouping like in an mmorpg? Propably not. At this moment grouping is more like pve.

To be honest, Im tired of some thinking, this title/franchise will be the next MP hit. It might be not. Think of it as a SP title with a MP part.

Therefore the commlink is TS.

I hope this will be in at launch. Otherwise a lot of people looking for a cooperative multiplayer experience will be disappointed.

So far it's been dissapointing. Every time I've tried to group with my bro, bounties don't register properly. We fail to see each other even though we're obviously in the same instance. (like we're shooting the same target but can't see each other)
The BASIC functionality for friends isn't even there right now.

Nobody is suggesting this will be the next MP hit? :/ The current BETA phases have had a Group Play element, that doesn't draw group members into the same instance. So, isn't it a reasonable question to ask when we look forward to release?

Sorry but your assumption I'm waiting for some mmorpg feature set is way off, there's no hidden meaning here. I refer you to my OP.

Sry, IF my guess went wide.....

The group function is in, maybe not the way, Most of us are used to. During the last days, since I joined a group, i have not had any problems Meeting them up. Just had to do this the old fashioned way, and apoint us on a special location.

And much more is coming our way, regarding the dda......

No problem friend :) I think we're all mostly on the same side here. Frontier have our complete support no matter which way it goes & I guess we may find out more on Nov 22.
