GTX 650 Ti - Do the Job?

I'm guessing processor, mainboard and RAM are going to be enough, but what about the GTX 650 Ti? Is that going to be enough to Rock ED's world?

The GTX 650 is what I am planning to upgrade mine to as I currently run ED on a 9800GT and it is just about playable with that (albeit not at max )

Edit: and I concur with regard the T-Flight Hotas. £10 over your budget but it is the best option out there at that price.
