If so it will be translated to about £800. Or if in Australia about $1,600.

It's not that big of a jump in TFLOPS though, only 19% up compared to the 780ti. and memory bandwidth seems lower.

What's the deal with only a 256bit bus? Perhaps I'm not reading that right but that suggests some performance throttling to me.

Maybe with the new ASTC "Adaptive Scalable Texture Compression" the bandwidth will be enough?
