Guardian power plant.......where!

After a recent jaunt to the local guardian structure (a mere 800lys away) I decided to unlock the Guardian power plant, I'd already unlocked the fsd booster with no trouble and I was pleased with the results. However, I've been having difficulty finding the GPP. Naturally, when I unlocked it, the tech broker asked if I'd like to go to outfitting, which I did, no joy. I've since checked 5 different guardian tech broker stations with no joy (though they all have the fsd booster)
I don't mind having to traverse the bubble to find one but I'd rather not go on a fools errand if it's bugged somehow.
Has anyone been able to procure one?

Yes... where on the outfitting/purchasing screen(s) are you looking? AFAIR, it's in with the regular Power Plants, not on it's own or in experimentals.

Have you tried Jameson's (Elite rank required for permit)?

Bought mine from Jameson Memorial, were in with the normal PP options, this was pre 3.2 though

according to the wiki http://elite-dangerous.wikia.com/wiki/Guardian_Hybrid_Power_Plant it's only available there, also the comments have some interesting points

Thanks for that! I would not have been happy if, after all the mucking around getting the blueprint, the only place it was available was permit locked to me!
