Playing Horizons only with slower PC.. I believe I have unlocked this above captioned Item from a technology broker. The item no longer appears as an unlock from a guardian tech broker and associated materials are no longer in my inventory. I go to one of the outfitters listed in Inara that might have the associated module to purchase for credits but it is not listed. Tried a couple of systems and in both solo and open with no success.

Should be in Hull Reinforcements.
Guardian gear is only sold were guardian tech brokers are...
