Guardian Shield Reinforcement Package - not in Outfitting after Unlocking with Tech Broker!>>>?

Anyone else finding this problem?

I've tried relogging, closing the game and restarting it completely... No dice! Its just not listed in Outfitting. I have the Guardian FSD Booster and that shows in Outfitting with no issues.

As it is in the hull reinforcement category, you can slap them into military slots, too.
