OK I have unlocked it but now how do I fit it ?????

Same as any other optional internal module.

Go to outfitting screen at a station that sells 'em, click on a slot, click on browse shop, click on FSD boosters and then buy one.

In Outfitting, look for a Guardian FSD Booster. Fit one in your Optional Internals.

5H has the highest boost of 10 lyrs, smaller ones progressively less

Note that the 4H has a boost of about 9 lyrs (if I remember correctly), so if you don't want to sacrifice a class 5 slot, a class 4 is good enough.

Unlocked? If you mean you have the Blueprint, then you have something to do...

If you have at least one Blueprint, and enough Materials (Guardian Materials - see here, use the Guardian Broker), then you need to find the next Tech Broker for Guardian (use EDDB) and visit him, to unlock.
After unlocking (or if you already have done this) you can buy the modules on the same station with the Broker in Outfitting. Mind, that you can only buy Guardian modules after you have unlocked them and only on stations with a Guardian Tech Broker, in the future. So if you want to equip another ship, you just return to a station with the right broker and buy the module in Outfitting. You cannot buy the modules in every Outfitting.

They are only available for purchase after unlocking in stations with a Guardian technology broker or in Shinrarta Dezhra, where you can buy any and all modules not locked to you.
