Guest and staff getting stuck on top of each other in unremovable staircase in Campaign Mission

Im at the mission where the Guy ah... Merny or whatever his name is hires you to get his zoo profitable (and stuff with bears and tigers). After FINALLY getting all animals happy I noticed none of them getting fed. But it was not the keepers fault - they all had big buckets of food. The fault is with the buggy buildings and staircases inside of them. People stacking over each other, not able to leave the building.
Sadly i cannot just.. delete the whole building. So everyone who enter this staircase is lost forever. All of the staff, all of the people have to be moved manually out of there (which is pretty annoying).

Also can i say how much I HATE the fact the "fire staff" and "move" button are on the same position when clicking on either staff or guest? I dont even cant say how many staff members i fired acidentally when i wanted to move them..
Is there any way to just.. take back the fired staff? Like, click on the button again and they know it was my fault on clicking it and just.. work again?

(i would love to make a screenshot for u guys but all of my screenshots are turning out completly black..)

I had the same issue also. I ended up deleting the entrances to the staircase and building an ugly alternative just so I wouldn't have to manually keep moving people. I'll try to post a screenshot of everyone trapped in the staircase so others can see.

Me too, I had to delete the paths in the staircase and from the top level have it come shooting out the side of the building and spiraling down, otherwise the keepers kept getting stuck and vets transporting animals as well. I had 2 warthogs and an elephant stuck on the staircase with 3 staff which would probably make sense :) but didn't help me with the scenario.

Once I figured it out this is a nice layout and only problem is I cannot extend the monorail, don't know if it is locked like the terrain tool on this scenario or if I am doing something wrong.
