Guests are complaining about the litter in my park but i can't see a single piece of litter?

I think it might have to do with having a lot of guests pass through even small amounts of litter/vomit. Make sure there are plenty of trash bins near high traffic areas, also I've been trying to make a lot of my rides exit paths concentrate close to first aid stations, so I can have fewer to pay for in the park.

Apologies for the double post.

I've always tracked down litter in station houses just outside the exit of rides. Maybe guests aren't able to litter while in the queue to prevent janitors from having to wade through them? There seems to be an internal countdown from when the guest gets trash to when they'll decide to litter. Since they're waiting in queues for a very long time, once they leave the ride they'll litter asap. I've started placing trash bins at the exit of all my coasters and other long queue time rides.

I can't find any litter on my paths, not even on ride exits. Still, the guests ara compaining about "litter everywhere" and it's affecting my park rating. Yet, I can't do anything against it?!

This shows how much we miss the 'Guest list by name - thoughts' view. It should be possible to view all the guests that have the thought "this park is really untidy", and click on each individually to see where they are in the park.

There isn't even a "go to location" icon for that specific message, so how are we supposed to find out where to fix it?

This might be simplistic, but did you hire a janitor yet? It might be a not-so-subtle way of the game reminding you that you need to hire a janitor.

Yeah I had this problem on the first leval of the career mode I looked round the park and no bins . that got sorted pritty fast I can tell you fronter really have made an amazing game here and from what I here it is no1 on steam at the moment you can't get better then that.

Hi Brett,

thanks for your reply. I have uploaded the park here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=801162141
The litter complaint is currently at 30%. Wouldn't it be possible to ad the "go to location" icon for the last location where a guest had that thought? That would make things much easier... Right now, I still couldn't find any trash on the paths, looking through the park several times. Maybe I have just missed it...

Need to give your janitors, engineers and mascots jobs. Create a job where they can roam that area and that area only. [up] Its nice design back when rct started.

OK, I'm really starting to feel old now. I was going to upload my park as another example of this problem, but I can't for the life of me work out how to do it!

How does this help when say, 30% of the guests in your park are thinking this? And could well have wandered somewhere else by then.

Makes much more sense to me that the game adopt some sort of info overlay (like the ones you find in Sim City / Cities Skylines) that highlight things like litter, vomit, etc.

Heh, from main menu select play, then 'my parks' then when you are shown the screen full of savegames, there should be an 'upload to workshop' button in the corner when you hover the mouse over it.

As far as I've seen, guest will also start to complain about the litter when the litter bins are getting fuller. So maybe you've full bins somewhere?

Nope, no upload button :(

Maybe because it's a career park, not one I started from scratch?

That's probably it. It's probably due to it being a career park.

Under "My Parks", when you hover over a park, there is a resume button, delete button, and then under delete is the upload to workshop button. To see this button (if it's not there on your park in "My Parks"), - Create a blank sandbox park. Save the blank sandbox park. Go to "My Parks" again and you'll see the "Upload to Workshop" button, plain as day, BIG (just as big as the resume button), under the delete option.
