Guests complaining about long lines for a counter that has none

Guests are complaining the line is too long for a counter that has no line.

This is so irritating.

Rebuilding the shop counter doesn't help.

I get those complaints too. It is annoying. Just like the frequent game crashes.

There should be a min % before sending messages.
All guest thoughts I get are marked with just 1%...

And some thoughts I can't really say if it's good or bad, like "1% think that powered ride is long". Is this good because of more fun time or is it boring?
The color scale bar for theming and other stuff is just bad. 0-50% = red, 51-100% = blue (why blue?). There's no color gradient.
