Guests feeding animals removed?

I have several habitats where paths either go through habitats or are next to low borders. I also don't have any "do not feed signs," yet guests never attempt to throw in food. I know it was a thing during the beta, is it because there aren't nearby food stands? Not mad, not at all, just confused.

I think it's still in the Game. I still remember the Problem I've had with my Okapi Enclosure where Guests threw Pizza into the Water all the Time. But normally it doesn't seem to happen very often

It's still there, I had it happen while playing earlier. Though, I was playing on hard so maybe it's not there in easy and medium mode.
