Guests need more room to get to amenities?

I keep getting a message that guests are complaining that there isn't enough room to get to amenities and to check the park rating screen, but I can't figure out what the problem is. I have plenty of amenity shops, some have a lot of guests and make good profit while others have few guests and operate at a loss. I have the luxury main path, which is the biggest one you can get, all over my park. I can't figure this out, although I think it's a minor issue. I doubt it's actually having an effect on my park. I look at the management screen and everything looks fine. My amenity coverage is all 100%. My park overcrowding is zero due to my paths. I wonder if it could be that my number of guests is about the same as my potential guests and I don't know how to increase that potential. I added more hotels, but it still stays about the same. Could someone help enlighten me on why I'm seeing this message, please? Thanks!
