Guests Que, but never get on train…Please Help

Hello Zoo community, here’s my deal: I have a train station located within each section of my zoo (I play in sandbox so my zoo is really big), I have 4 trains on that line because so many people want to ride. All of the rules are the same at each station: Any load, no minimum or maximum wait times, 60 second wait to depart, “Do Not Block Station” is unchecked. My Africa and Asia sections are not complete, so their stations are closed (but the issue existed whether all are open are those 2 closed).

My guests que up by the hundreds and are really excited to ride the train, but when the train arrives, the gates never open and they all stand there while the train sits (the kids jump up and down with excitement). Once the wait time is gone, the empty train leaves and the guests stand there. I’m sure it’s something I need to fix, but I can’t seem to figure it out…PLEASE HELP LOL

Weird, my first thought was you checked the 'do not block station'. But this isn't the case? Anyway if you get lots of guests, i would pick 'full load' instead of any load.

I also only suspect: perhaps there are too many trains on the tracks. You could try to reduce the number of trains to the number of stations that are switched on. Then maybe just lengthen the trains and/or lengthen the stations accordingly, so that maybe two trains fit into one station. I always let the trains run 3/4 full.

@AlexVonHumbug, I never thought of that. You may be right, I will test that theory out. I like the idea of having two trains fit into one station….I’ll see, thanks!
