[GUI] Boost level indicator

Hello there!

So, wouldn't it be nice, if we knew when the boost is available and how much power do we need for it?

Rough photo-shopped version:


On the right there is a small dotted line indicating the power level needed for boosting.

There is a "BOOST" text above the engine capacitor level which lights up when the boost is available (this is needed since you can't boost right away even if you have enough power).

If you don't have enough power, then the "BOOST" text is dimmed.

Nice idea, however it will be more useful to have 1 strip different color to indicate required energy to boost.

Well it's just a rough concept. I'm pretty sure that Frontier can come up with a better idea. It would be nice though to know how much power i need to boost since distributor (and thrusters?) upgrades change this value.
