Guided tour ratings

I was messing around with the new guided tours. I love the mechanic and how easy it is to set the tours up and it's entertaining to watch the educators leading a herd of guests with their owls-on-a-stick... but I can't shake the suspicion that I'm doing something wrong. None of my tours have had a rating over half a star. All of the tour component ratings are four or five star except for some nebulous thing called "guest wellbeing" which is one star. The guests are all green level happy and I've set up intermission areas for them to fulfill their needs.

Is this happening to anyone else?

My guests are all happy too, but my tourguide never appears on time and I get a "Tour group waited too long" popup. Also it always gives me the message that my tour points aren't accessible, though the guide uses it as a talk point just as I set it up. 🤔

How do you even assign an educator to a tour? I figured out how to set the tour up and everything, but I can't figure out how to assign an educator to it. I tried adding the tour points that are part of the tour as a work zone, but that doesn't seem to work. The educator is just wandering around and the tour itself still shows no educator in the field for "Assigned to Tour" in the Tour Manager.

Edit: NEVERMIND. The work zone was the right way, I just had to give the educator more time to get around to deciding to go to the tour start point. Once he finally did (6 months later), the "assigned to tour" field updated.

I dont know why but my tour points always say they are inaccesable even when educator use it no problem. Also, if i assign "start" and "end" points, they said that there are no species assigned for some reason even if they are just start and end points.

Me too - no matter how much scenery, breaks for shop/toilets and all th animals - they are stuck on red and half a star????

That's the rating it shows if no tour has been completed and rated yet. For me it changed as soon as one tour actually finished (it took a while).

This is the issue I have as well, on all of my tours.... weirdly, since this is the scenerio, it tells me on the sidebar that one of my tours is rated 3.2 (just under what is needed to pass the scenerio) but when I go into my tour manager they are all stubbornly half a star

So is there any info on how to maximise your tour rating? I am sitting on rating 3.4 in the scenario. Last box to tick, can’t figure out what to do to improve the rating that 0.1 :(

I completely stopped guided tours. The educators get to their group early and loose so much energy waiting, during food break, they go to the staff room and don’t come back.
I wish there was a way for them to sit on a bench to recover during the break. I also wish you can control how often tour groups come, kind of like how the animal talks happen when you schedule it. they keep coming to my zoos too quickly therefore I have to hire more educators and the ones going to staff room on breaks sometimes go to the next group.
Unless I am missing something, has frontier adjusted the tours?
