Guilds/Player own Stations

So there is many talks about getting guilds and player own stations. So i figured I would put my two cents into this and talk about how I think a good way to be able to make these stations.

A guild in itself should be simple pretty much right now just be able to add everyone to a group so you can see when they are online and being able to have a guild chat is what is mainly needed right now, can expand to more features later of course. However with the guilds there should be something of the sorts like they do in GW2 and other games where the guild gets guild perks. The reason I say this is because depending on what way you build those perks they can evolve to what you can build in the game or even if your guild grows so big it becomes a power (yes I want to see player groups being able to grow as powers) will determine what that power is going be focused on. However with this though to make sure it flows with powerplay, you should have to do stuff for your power before you might be able to get perks. Having to do so many CGs or so many people a certain rating when you do it. As well as this your guild should be able to declare a home system and be able to grow as a minor faction in that system. So if people do want a system outside of a power they would have to do other things (not sure what yet) to be able to grow their perks and expand as a faction/player group.

Stations come into play with this also. As the same way perks come together with the powers its the same way you should do getting stations. The stations should only be the ones in games already but you have to do a growth of them. So you have to expand from the smallest outpost to one day having a city. However once you upgrade you dont get all the perks like having a shipyard, refuel, rearm etc you have to do things to be able to put them into your station. However if you are trying to grow a station inside of a power run system you have to pay to get that plot of space and do stuff for that power to get the station and grow it. Like have a certain amount of people a certain rating, your guild must have a certain number of players, even a certain number of a rating in combat/trading/exploring. Making people work for it instead of just handing one over. From this they should not be cheap. So as a guild you should have to pool money together to grow the station and buy it. Personally i think the first station should cost around 1billion-2billion credits to make it an actually guild effort (for most) to get the station then grow from there.
