Gunde svan is à Old skipro from Sweden. Lastnight this Gunde interdicted me, and he died. Wonder if this was à player or npc? Or have The creator this humor for names?
How can we se in à Easy way if it is à player?

On your radar, if the box/triangle that indicates a ship is a solid yellow, then it is an NPC. If the indicator is hollow/just an outline, then it is a player.

Real commanders are hollow rectangle (or hollow triangle if they have weapons out).

NPCs are solid rectangles (or solid triangles if they have weapons out).

If the symbol on the radar is flashing - it is firing in your direction (and probably hitting you) in which case the symbol should go red.

I think the game creators do have some very funny names in game - and generally we see also CMDR SoandSo as the name...

All players have CMDR prefix in their name(I'm "CMDR Mnemon" just "Mnemon" would NPC and so on.), also the hollow/solid things that was already mentioned.

We could place NPC names in the game as a kickstarter perk, at a certain level. Looks like we have quite a few Swedes that used that option.
