Basically he claims he is only months away from demonstrating the tech to the public, its all about warping light without using optics but read the article.

Wowsers, if he is legit this is a game changer.

I don't think there is a question he is legit., but whether he is correct is another matter. If he is on to something .... wowsers indeed.
