I think there should be specific habitats for specific Dinosaurs, such as wet lands for Dinos like the spinosaurus, Baryonyx and suchomimus, or tall grass for raptors and what not.

Totally agree with you like for example from the Canon Mamenchisaurus is supposed to be fully adapted to the Pine conifer Forest. I would definitely enjoy a system like that for mechanics.
