Was the best day i had on Elite yesterday. Following streams.
First off in the afternoon was Londongaming4fun, he had taken a mission to kill a bad guy, who happened to have an Anaconda, as he wasn't equipped to deal with it, he asked for help, as i was near by (and also watching his stream on my laptop) i decided to help.
I have a Cobra beefed up with beam lasers, missiles & torpedoes, A class everything and shield cells to boot, so figured i could really be of use.
Unfortunately for some strange reason not figured out yet my mic won't work in game, (ok with VA though), and being the first time trying to follow some one, i messed up the wake scanning and lost him, so missed his battle. Great fun though.
Secondly later on i decided to follow Kate Russell on her stream, practiced wake scanning to jump out when she did ect, and stayed with her mostly, as others did, she had her own protection squad and we was flashing lights to each other and all sorts of stuff.
She raised quite a lot for her charity to help disabled people to play games with special equipment and switches.
This is a great charity and kate is doing a good job streaming every night to raise money, i urge you all to support her efforts and not hassle or destroy her ships (happened a couple of times).
But this is also great fun for multi-player gaming too, i enjoy watching her learn the game in the stream, and following her on her journey in game.
