My old email got hacked and I can't even access it and it's full, so my old Frontier forum account says that I don't have permission to post and that my email is full which I can't even access. I created a new email a while back and recently I created a new forum account to be able to post again.

hmm id try to reach frontier directly trough a support ticket. im sure they be able to help you better trough there. just make sure to give them the new email so they can contact you
Haven't you gone through this before at least once? Where you couldn't access Steam for similar reasons?
It's sad that it happens, but perhaps sit down and come up with a plan to help stop your accounts from getting hacked - better security, passwords and being careful in opening email, files, etc. might all come into play.

There's nothing worse than having to change email addresses.
Would you be able to contact Support to see if they can fix any issue your original account. Members can only have 1 account.

The new account can stay open until the original gets fixed.
