Paul Walker was the co-leading actor of the Fast and Furious film franchise.
He died semi-recently (a year ago or so now?) in a car accident (irony? too soon?).

Fact is the game is FULL of these names, and if everyone posted every hilarious NPC name they ever came across, the sub would be flooded with these posts.
