haha Silly Imperial Courier. heres a laugh

Soo im hunting enemy PP Cmdr in my pvp fitted Federal dropship and I see the chat pop up with a cmdr saying the "Bashed in his glory speech. All hail Patreus" in a little Courier. I'm like ok I'll interdict this guy but it turns out he interdicts me first. So i just submit and try to fight him.

Well this loadout is just all rail guns vs my 3 beams and 2 multi cannons. So I bet he was thinking he could out maneuver my ship.

TURNS out he thought it was a good idea to face my ship headon at 500 meters. So long story short, one Boost from my engines sends his ship straight into my windshield and spinning him out of control at 0% hull. And I end it with me saying just "Boom" in the chat right before his ship is turned into fireworks. Yes it was a ram kill but can you blame me for him lining up the perfect ram. It was quite entertaining

Lol, that was me. I boosted too, but couldnt pull up in time. :)

And for accuracy's sake I said "Long live Patreus! Bask in his greatness. Bask harder... HARDER!!!"

Hey that ships is pretty good once you master FA off its pretty deadly.. With amzing hull strength. I can 1v1 pythons in it

lol ok my bad it was a fun fight the second time around.

The dropship got a bad reputation because Chinese whispers made "wow that npc dropship is so easy to kill" into "the dropship is a useless combat ship". Combined with the '0' percent manoeuvrability on paper, not many people bought it...different league to the Courier though.

dont underestimation my FDS. A player python made that mistake. He took out my shields really fast but took him ages to take my hull down to 40% with only running pulse lasers and he ended up dying. Federal Dropships should make a comback

PS changed my loadout to make the shileds last a little longer now
