I'm going to post pictures of my IRL Halloween decor, feel free to do the same.

This is so great. The lighting is spot on. What's the lighting on the skeletons in the window? It's dead colourful and looks great. And the horse skeleton is spooktacular.
I really want to visit. I bet you're nowhere near Lincolnshire in the UK though are you?

I have decorated for Halloween for years and have won several awards in a city wide contest that was held every year. I have always said that the lighting is what makes the decor. You basically have to treat it like a stage and light it so. You can have the greatest props, but without proper lighting...they are just props. Unfortunately, when I moved to Florida I had to cut back and sell off/donate all my stuff as I just didn't have the storage needed like I had up north. I will did up some old photos and post them later.

I have had a few theme variations over the years, but mostly a dead pirate graveyard was the main theme. Here are a number of selections from over the years. I would always also dress up and standout there acting like a robot and then scare the crap out of the kids (and parents). Our house was on a haunted house tour and we would get 100s and 100s of people the weekend before and on Halloween. Went through 500-700 pieces of candy every year.

Oh Wowman, these are so great. I LOVE them. It's such a shame you had to get rid of so much of your stuff. Hopefully, you'll be back on the Halloween horse soon. You've got this haunted house thing nailed.

I am in TN, US

It's a weird spinning party light thing.

The way I do my lighting IRL and in PC is pretty similar. I just wish I could have lights work from underground IRL!

I'm not into Halloween that much, but looking at how much effort me and my girlfriend put into Christmas, I can see the reason why people decorate with Halloween.

Here is what I have now. Lame compared to what I used to have. I am however planning on doing a whole Nightmare before Christmas theme for next year. Full decor and moving figures, full sets and backgrounds.

Here is the set up my neighbor has. He does a different theme each year. With a walk through tent, actors and stuff everywhere in his yard. Here is a snip-it of what he had this year.
it was an Haunted Asylum theme. I ruined the lighting a bit, but for some dumb reason couldn't turn off the light on my phone.
