Elite / Frontier Hand coded mission....no way to bypass time limit?

Hi guys!
I've read the guide on http://www.jades.org/missions.htm about hand coded mission....and for each mission there is a specific date and place.
I'm wondering...must I take those mission only in that specific time and place?
Is there any way to take missions later in the game, when you are more powerful and with better ship?

That depends on which mission you're talking about. Some are very specific about date and time, others not so much.

Well, those missions are related to specific events occuring at specific times and mentioned in the newspaper. FFE is unique in that its universe doesn't revolve around player, which, IMNSHO makes it superior to many other games, especially modern cRPGs, where player is apparently the only person capable of doing anything and events, even urgent ones, patiently wait for him to show up and play his role in the script.
