Hand of gandi cg, as of right now has 1 hour and 10 minutes left on the clock, but the conflict zones just disappeared and the factions are no longer warring. we were so close to hitting the next tier! whats going on FD????

From what i gathered on the Galnet news Hand gang of gandi took over babbage station, but im there now and looks like they did not overtake it even though they have the 2nd most influence, after a civil war. If im incorrect and it is the way it should be, could someone explain this?
