I can't hand in credit donations due to the same error. Also my Federation rep is not increasing despite me doing a load of missions for Factions aligned with the Federation. I'm playing on PS4.

I've been doing heaps of missions over the last couple of days but this morning I decided to take my AspS to a couple of engineers to get her pimped so I mostly dodged the bullet.

I did lose around Cr1.5m while trying to complete a Donation mission but that's not the end of the world.
