"Hangar" Station Facility (Like a Shipyard but without Ship Buying)

So, I really want to make a megaship my base of operations. Store all my ships there. I can't do this because there's no shipyard - which makes perfect sense.

How about, on all stations/megaships/dockable facilities that don't have a Shipyard, that facility is replaced by a "Hangar", which basically gives you all the functionality of the Shipyard, apart from buying ships?

So I could dock once at, say, The Gnosis, and then summon my ships there using Ship Transfer.

Perhaps there's a reason not to allow this that I'm overlooking?

I've not seen an asteroid base with a shipyard yet.

Well I think it's about SIZE problems... maybe if we can store a VERY limited number of ships... like 2?! this can be duable, but everyone stocking 10 ships on a mega ship sounds dull and stupid somehow
