Engineers hanging in loading screen with my ship turning around forever?! Anyone ever had that?

no clue what to do... I logged out at the base of Todd McQinn earlier today and now every attempt to get back into the game Ends up with my ship in orange tspinning endlessly without entering the game...

Any pointers welcome...

Are you trying in open? If so try in solo. I had that happen in open when I tried to go from super cruise to orbital flight, it would just hang in open. In solo it was fine.

Be happy that it happens during the loading screen.
It used to happen to us in the middle of a fight back in 2.0 where we entered an unstoppable spinning maneuver...
