For those who don't know, today marks the beginning of the Spring festival, more commonly known as the Chinese new year !

Spring festival is celebrated not only in china tho, but all around Asia, from Singapore to Taiwan.

To all our Asian commanders out there, happy new year !

And so, today marks the beginning of the year of the Dog.

This is what Chinese culture has to say about those born in such a year, like yours truly.

This morning, I look out the window and see that it's snowing

I can not wait for the arrival of the spring in my country !

Well, yesterday I personally had a beautiful day, with the return of the sun and 18 degrees Celsius.

And last time i checked we both live in the same country, funny that spring seems to be back where I live.

Don't you worry, I do that aplenty, the noodles are only for those times where I can't be bothered or am to lazy, even tho I love the stuff I would eventually get sick of it if I only eat that.

PS : My stock must be enough for a full year, thus I eat it sparingly.
