I can't charge my fsd as hardpoints are deployed and I can't seem to get rid of them. Any ideas?

check your control options and make sure a key or button is bound to toggle the hardpoints - it can be configured to auto-deploy the hardpoints on pressing the fire key but there is no corresponding option to auto-retract them.
