So uhh I'm sure yall are aware but Li Yong Rui no longer has HARM even exploited, which means no 15% discount Cutter which was the only place to find it. Mind fixing this so people can buy Cutters again? Cause Founders World measly 10% kinda sucks...

Omg i can hear the thunderous hooves of the mass of white knights coming to this post.
Of course it should be fixed no one is benefitting from this.
But I posted the same a while back and all you get is people telling you that you should have played powerplay and you should have tried to help prevent this yawn.
Best you can do now is go to patreus space it is 10% off there.

Although you'll label me a white knight, if you wanted to keep it you should have supported LYR in saving that system to keep your discount.
Sadly you and a lot of people did not, its lost so here you are whining about it and asking others to put in the work for you again.
In fact, are either of you pledged to LYR? If you are not then I don't get your salt. If you want it back, pledge, nominate a system near it and try your hand.
How else do you think LYR gets systems? Magic?

Bad systems, bad expansions, bad rewards, therefore no backing from independent commanders and the galaxys most beloved discounter loses its footholds.
Or where bugs involved? Wouldn't be a big surprise in powerplay...

This is the problem- people don't seem to care until it affects them, and are unwilling to do any work to rectify it.
Its like having children who have grown up but don't pay rent, and complain about the food.
If Harm was lost due to powerplay bugs the request would be justified...

edit: I seriously considered joining LYR for more then the rockets. But, since LYR is a hauling only power, this was the final downer for me to say nay thanks to Li Yong Ruis offers. I need some combat in my powerplay to at least enjoy it somewhat and not think of it as a utter chore.

I was pledged to LYR for a while and kept making the point of fortifying that control system BECAUSE of Harm.
I defected to Anime Disney Space Princess Khaleesi Duval for the prismatics, and LYR goes to hell and loses the control system a couple of weeks later.
I'm not saying it was all on me. I'm saying that no-one within LYR was pushing to keep that control system in particular.

Apart from the issues PP has as such it's simply the LYR PP rewards sucking. E.g. grade 2 should grant an increase of exploration data payouts instead of those strange 5% reduction of rebuy costs.

Actually, they appear to be sensible responses to an ignorant post. If you want to affect PP results, you need to PP.
The only thing that would make this post any better is if it had been posted in the bug report forum...
Just a heads up to all interested CMDRs: Inara.cz states that there is a LYR exploited system called Arjung where you can still buy a 15% discounted Imperial Cutter. Good luck and probabely some of you could pledge to LYR to keep him going.
