CQC Harmless or Helpless

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but in cqc commanders show thier main game combat ranking and not their cqc ranking. I dont know about everyone else but this seems a bit weird .... like displaying only your cqc rank in the main game would be.

I would much rather see professional as the stated ranking in a cqc match than expert.

I'd like to see pilots with CQC (prestige) icon in main game next to their Combat rank. it's something like advertising. I agree with everything what can bring more pilots to CQC.

The other threads are more about broad changes or having tags in main game. I was just wondering why the rank for cqc is not the rank seen in cqc games ... arguably the only place its relevant.
Not much of a forum user so i didn't really hunt around for stuff but its not really that big a deal... its just weird

I also noticed this yesterday when I tried CQC again for the first time in months.
It's listed as a known bug, so at least we know it isn't intended.

You can also see other CMDRs' PowerPlay pledges in CQC.

Personally, I'd prefer if our identities in CQC were completely separate from our identities in Open: that is, not only should CQC stats be displayed in place of main game combat rating and PowerPlay faction, but we should also be able to choose a nickname to show in CQC instead of our CMDR name. It's basically a video game within a video game, after all.

I suppose anyone who really wants a different name for CQC can now get one by buying a copy of Arena, though.
