Modes Harry Potter and Zarek Null, plus a debate on Solo Play and the community.

I didn't hate it. The story/immersion were just a little ...

Think about it. Man sees his wife killed and son kidnapped. So first thing he does is to go straight after the killers and try to find his son .... I'm kidding, he finds chores to do for complete strangers so he can build other complete strangers shelters.

And the gameplay consisted of: go to X and kill a bunch of dudes, optionally bring back Y. And pick up every single thing that isn't bolted to something heavy. So it was interesting to play for a bit, but got repetitive very fast.

That was my main beef with Fallout 4 as well. The main story simply wasn't engaging, almost to the point of being a distraction, especially since I could see the "plot twist" coming a mile away. The game would've been so much better without the main story mucking things up. I prefer to shape my own character's story, including her backstory, thank you very much.

Not that the game wasn't fun, it's just I would've preferred not to have a main story. Probably explains why I bought the VR version. The Radroaches in Vault 111 and the Mole Rats at Red Rocket both caused me to scream when they came popping out at me. Let's not even get into the panicked mauling...

Still, it is kind of funny how you and Zarek never showed up on my friends list as playing at the same time...

Ok I admit it...The charade has become too tiresome...You have no idea how hard it is to be two people at once...to live a double life...To operate 2 sets of Hotas at once...To grind and engineer two ships on two accounts...

And there you have it folks. The REAL reason for "Zarek Null's" Retirement...

I would imagine the hardest part would be swapping back and forth between the modulator and your real voice;)

"Punished Mobius" ahahahahahahahahah.
I love that name.

Too bad Harry Potter didn't post here too, could have been fun.
