Antimatter as a weapon might be the answer to getting a notch up on them. Just a thought.

I would of thought by our time line the dangerous aspects would have been controlled. It might be just the thing to catch them off guard. Shield it, drive it in the target and blam half the target disappears!
What source of antimatter will you use?
Not that I think anything would come from it, but I believe there is some sort of antimatter "cargo" carried by military couriers now.

Antimatter isn't that great as a weapon in space. Kinda like nukes, where the destructive force kinda relies upon there being a medium (such as air) to carry all the energy released in the reaction.
If a brick of antimatter were to collide with a lump of matter in a vacuum, what would happen is that the surface few atoms of each mass would annihilate, and the resulting flash would throw the two masses away from each other. Sure there'd be an energy release, but it'd be pretty inefficient compared to the "ideal" matter/antimatter reaction.

Haven't tried wormholes either, but we need John Chrichton for that and he didn't seem too keen on doing it last I saw.
Has anyone ever actually seen an "Antimatter Containment Unit" in the game? It isn't listed i the salvage section and I haven't seen one in nearly four years of playing.
